do i have cancer?

Saw this:

Out of all the 6 symptoms, i kana 5! Followed by the fainting spell @ Genting... I really think i am going to die. Not really afraid of dying but i am really afraid of the pain i have to go thru.

How gals??!! :( I just realized i have so many things i haven't achieve. I can't just die.. It doesnt make sense!

Think i will monitor my situation for a few weeks more. Shall go for a check-up if it still like this. Meanwhile, i think i am going to truely enjoy my life. Shall spend on things i like and go to places i want. No point saving so much $$$ when you wont be able to enjoy a single cent.
