The Evidence
As promised... Here's what i have found out:
There are indeed several questionable points.
1) If the poem is really written by 李白, then why not the "author" put down its title?
2) I have made a brief search & it appears that there are no such poems of 李白.
Apparently, the words were used for several other misfortunes round' the world.
日暮苍山兰舟小，
本无落霞缀清泉。
去年叶落缘分定，
死水微漾人却亡。
This results: "日本去死，小泉定亡" : Chinese's hatred for Japanese
法暮苍山兰舟家，
国无落霞缀清乐。
去年叶落缘分福，
死水微漾人却亡。
This results: "法国去死, 家乐福亡": Cos' of the recent riots outside Carrefour China
(think is caused by the false report made by BBC)
The Japanese's version still sounds reasonable. But the France one, is definitely too crude to be true... ｡◕‿◕｡ So obviously, we can deduce from the several versions, the Si Chuan's earthquake version is definitely NOT TRUE!!!

P/s/s. I've also found out an interesting fact: 李白may be born in Si Chuan
